United StatesNice product BUT no communication
I believe the buyer should get a tentative shipping date when an item is ordered. This date can be updated and revised as the product neats completion. I don't think it's the job of the buyer to constantly check with the seller as to when it might be shipped. Waiting 20 days and no communication from the seller is not acceptable, when just taking a few moments to send me an email as to the reason for the delay would had easily solved my concerns.
