I got a beautiful charm for my wife for Christmas and in the process of ordering it and delivery I needed to communicate with Esquivel & Fees on a few occasions. My first message was through the company's website customer service form. it was about attaching the charm to a necklace and approximate time needed for it to be made and delivered. I sent this on a Saturday thinking if I'm lucky I'll hear back in the middle of the following week. Well, to my surprise I heard back from Mr. Fees that very same day - On a Saturday!
