This was a gift to go with previously purchased Sheltie charm. It was shipped in a small box which was placed in a shipping envelope. Of course the envelope was crushed during shipment, the small box was crushed as well. Very disappointing. There was no damage to the chain however, but I would think that a $500 purchase deserves more care. Product presentation was very poor, and I was embarrassed to hand it to my sister for her birthday, even though the chain was quite gorgeous.
