I loved the sterling silver Cavalier King Charles charm and the bracelet, but what was more important, my wife loved it. Our Cav is a tricolor and this 3 dimensional charm resembles him with its shading. Ted was excellent responding to me and in modifying the bracelet as I requested. I will definately refer others to him.
