How long will my order take to ship?
All of our work is custom made when you order and we ask that you allow several days for us to complete your order before shipping. Please note that we will make every attempt to complete your order as soon as possible. On average, a silver design will take 2-4 days and gold 2-5 days. Certain designs may require a longer working time and some, less time. For engraved items, please allow an extra 4 days. If you order is time sensitive and is required by a certain date, please email us and we will be happy to let you know the approximate completion date for your order.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping charges). Please note that custom designs and engraved designs are not returnable. If you find it necessary to return your purchase, please send it to: Esquivel and Fees, 5090 Richmond Avenue, PMB 340, Houston, TX 77056. Insure your return ... we are not resposible for lost, uninsured shipments to us.
I paid for next day shipping, but my order did not ship on the same day that I ordered it.
Since all of our work is hand crafted, a day or two is required to assemble and complete your order. Once your order is completed, we will then ship it using the shipping preference you indicated when you placed your order.
