I hunted the web for a cavalier king charles charm for my links of london bracelet, and the only place that looked any good was Esquivel&Fees, Living in the UK I was a bit reluctant to purchase from the USA, the reason being that I thought the postage would be alot and it may take a while to get to me... How wrong could I have been. The charm was recieved within a week. Packed very securly even with a message from Ted, which makes it so much more appreciated. I had found a few people in the uk who were wanting alot of money for charms that wernt half as nice as the one Ted produced for me. I am so Pleased with It that I am going to place an order, for a guinea-pig and a labrador for my friend! Words cant explain how happy i am with my Charm and I will definatly be reccomending you to all of my friends and family!

I thought you might like to hear how this one played out. At around 11 am we got our UPS shipment in and the package was not there. I called UPS and was told that they had a late shipment and that it would be delivered sometime today. Well 1 pm rolled around still no package and I was sweating it.
I called UPS again and they said they would let me know if anything turned up. I was like whaaaa. At around 1:30 the package arrived. All of this happening just to mess with me and MESS is not the real word I want to use..
Anyway, the real reason I am emailing you one last time (about this order) is to thank you. You kept your word, you kept me informed and the product itself is exquisite. I truly mean it. Your jewelry will go on as something very near and dear to people. It is made of quality, and with care and it shows. I am never at ease when shopping online and yours was the only order I placed online this year.. You have earned a customer for life and should feel very proud, job well done. I received the lovely Ruby cat pendant today and I absolutely love it. It is beautiful and I am so happy to have it near my heart to honor her. As I was grieving her passing, I did a lot of internet searching for a way to memorialize her. Nothing I found came close to matching your selection and the quality of items you have. I read the testimonials on your site and was impressed but a bit skeptical. So when I emailed you a general question about personalizing the pendant with a ruby gem stone, I was amazed that within 10 minutes you responded with images and mock-ups of how the pendant would look and pricing estimates. Most of all I was so touched by the concern you immediately expressed to me over losing my cat; it was obvious that you care not only about animals but about the special relationship humans have with them.

I received my jewellery yesterday. I like all the pendants, brooch and zipper pull I ordered. The detail is amazing. The small dachshund pendant is as detailed as the larger pendants.
The stones on the bichon pendant are very nice (good cut and clarity, nice colours). You are a very talented artist who provides excellent customer service. Thanks for the chains. They are the perfect size for my pendants. My next purchase will be a bracelet (I like your flower bracelets, especially the sego lily and sunflower with the bee). I also like your rings. Eventually I would also like to purchase a ring with a chinese symbol .

I am unsure as how to begin this letter. I found your website after a thorough hunt for a piece of unique jewelry in remembrance of Smokey, my first cat and friend of ten years. Once I had dedcided what I wanted, it was then a matter of finding who could offer it for me. I stumbled upon your site during the early hours of the morning while my search continued...
It took me several days and visits back to the computer to finally make up my mind. There were so many wonderful choices and glowing testimonials! The piece I chose was simple, yet its design was both elegant and personal. It was, in other words, perfect!
And as if finding exactly the piece of jewelry that I had been searching for was not enough, your customer service and was better than I have seen at any business (internet or otherwise). Period. I am a picky customer --a very, very, picky customer. I collect jewelry and I have quite a lot of it so I know when something is high-quality and when it isn't. The two items that I ordered from you came today. And both items are...
-well, I can't even find the right words. One of the items I ordered is sterling silver which when you order from some places can be cheesey and cheap-looking. This piece is weighty, yet delicate and beautiful. Even the free chain you included is weighty and beautiful - usually a free silver chain would be a tiny, "tin-foil" cable link! This one is a solid rolo! The other item I ordered was a gold bone locket. It is exquisite! You all even included the acrylic inserts and instructions on how to go about placing a picture inside! I am astounded at the detail and artistry and quality of your products. And I am astounded at your top-notch customer service skills. I am just astounded. Anyone who is hestitant to order from a jewelry company on the Internet should have absolutely no qualms about using yours - it far outshines any brick and mortar jeweler I've ever been in. You all have earned a customer for the life of your business.
