I wanted to let you know asap that I received a notice from the post office here in yesterday's mail notifying me that there was a package waiting for me at my local pickup office. Low and behold, it is the original package you sent out on September 9th. It was held up at our Canada customs so they could tack on 14% sales tax and a $5.00 handling fee.
They are not known for their efficiency and I wondered if this might be the case, but it has "never ever" taken this long previously. Anyhow, I apologize for all the inconvenience you have had to deal with and will endeavour to return the second follow-up order as soon as it arrives. Thank you for being so kind!
I will contact you when the second package arrives. One very important last point, the charms are just wonderful and please allow me to compliment you on the their originality and quality.
